PART I
to quote the lovely if p then q, the more experimental the better
although everyone and everything is welcome(d) - or, as Tuesday; An
Art Project states, send us your favorite poems, what more could we ask
PART II
referring to the equally, if not more, J. Moxley, when speaking
of The Birdcage and her efforts (producing, collaborating, com-
piling, stretching, and performing), then perusing Elliot Bay bookstore
in Seattle, that the poetry she found there, its production
in rarified forms of print, was alienating - she was
alienated from poetry, as compared to what she burrowed into and
sweated over, had produced with her friends
PART III
Experiments from St. Marks, The American Tree by Silliman, :

at least a voice,
on the other work submitted
anonymously (or not?)
Selected comments from other contributors on work published, rather than contributors notes!

only those that submit work have a say
some votes may count more than others, based on several factors
mainly including commitment to the overall project
like an Iranian election
a voice before the issue is created, not after
final possible selections distributed for thoughts on order, arrangement,
artwork?, radical departures, etc.
provisional, let's build
Part V - on the web & in print
